During her acceptance speech Emma thanked the ladies who shared Best Actress category with her: “To the women in this category, Natalie, Isabel, Meryl, Ruth, you were all so extraordinary. I look up to you and I admire you more than I can put into words. It’s been the greatest honour just to stay alongside you, that is the greatest honour of all.”
Stone also thanked her family, her crew and director Damien Chazelle, and mostly her co-star Ryan Gosling for „making her laugh and also raising the bar”
